At the University of Chicago, students are offered an MA program in quantitative policy analysis that complements their experience in the field or primary study area. There are nine required courses in total. Candidates may choose four out of the seven required courses, or three electives. Upon graduation, students must also prove their proficiency in math by passing a math placement exam (algebra and calculus) which is administered twice a year.
